The blocks east of Route 17 — Park, Boiling Springs, Hackensack Street — are full of older two-family homes, narrow lots, and pre-war two-stories with their original bathroom footprints. Closer to the stadium and the newer hotel-and-office cluster, the residential is a mix of townhomes and renovated multi-units. A 1920s two-story on Boiling Springs Avenue had a tight 54″ shower opening in the primary bath. We installed a single 3/8″ frameless inline door with a 6″ buttress panel, polished chrome hardware, and a custom 18″ towel-bar pull. The whole room photographs brighter now — the owner sent us before/after shots a month later.
Steam enclosure in a Carlton Hill new-build
A new-build on the Carlton Hill side of town wanted a fully sealed steam shower with a transom vent at the ceiling. We fabricated 3/8″ clear glass to seal full-height, with matte black hinges and a custom gasket package at the door. Steam-rated work is one of our growing categories across South Bergen — even on smaller-footprint baths than you'd expect.
Compact sliding bypass in a Park Avenue cape
A 1950s cape on Park Avenue had a 60″ tub-shower combo and no clearance for a swinging door. We installed a frameless sliding bypass in 3/8″ low-iron glass on a slim brushed-brass top track. The low-iron upgrade was worth it for how clean the existing white subway tile finally read.

A 30″ × 40″ beveled vanity mirror with a 1″ polished bevel, anchored above the existing sconces. Crisp, frameless, designer-feel.

A leaning 24″ × 72″ mirror with polished edges and concealed wall-tether hardware for safety. Townhome owners love a full-length without committing wall space to a permanent fixture.
